Few ingredients in perfumery are as universally beloved as Vanilla. Derived from the cured seed pods of the Vanilla orchid (Vanilla planifolia), this absolute is a world away from the synthetic vanillin found in most fragrances. Rich, creamy, and deeply sensual, it carries the full complexity of the bean — warm, balsamic, and slightly smoky, with a sweetness that feels indulgent rather than cloying.

As a base note, Vanilla absolute is unmatched in its ability to anchor a fragrance and extend its longevity on the skin. It acts as a natural fixative, wrapping itself around other notes like cashmere — softening edges, adding warmth, and making everything it touches more beautiful.

It blends exquisitely with Rose, Gardenia, Jasmine, and other florals, as well as with warm spices, resins, and fruits. Try it with Tonka Bean for a rich gourmand base, or with Bergamot and Neroli for a classic eau de cologne twist.

Use diluted only. Recommended dilution: 1–3% in a carrier oil or perfume base.
