We take great care to get your De la Fontaine Naturals order to you safely and on time.
Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Alcohol & dangerous goods Our eau de parfum, eau de toilette, and alcohol-based spritzers are classified as flammable liquids (dangerous goods) under USPS regulations. As a result, these products must ship via USPS ground transportation only and cannot be shipped by air. This may affect delivery timeframes, particularly for international orders.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Ground shipping is available nationwide
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
International shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note:
- International orders containing alcohol may be subject to import restrictions, customs duties, and delays depending on the destination country
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes
- Some countries prohibit the import of alcohol-based products — if your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you and issue a full refund
Non-alcoholic products (soaps, accessories) are eligible for standard shipping and may ship via alternative carriers where applicable.
