Gentle, fragrant organic Bulgarian lavender is known for its calming effect on humans and animals. Can be safely used on children. Best results are achieved when massaged into warm, dry clean skin after a shower or bath. Massage into arms, shoulders, neck and scalp for at least 10 minutes. Roman chamomile alleviates anxiety, bergamot may help reduce blood pressure and cedar promotes sleep. Sleep in a well ventilated room, and avoid stressful situations before bedtime. For external use only. Not tested in pregnancy.
